Dr. Vip Thiagarasah is an experienced General Practitioner (GP) with over two decades of experience and expertise across numerous fields of medicine. His approach is patient-centric, focusing on enhancing patients' lifestyle to maximise their potential - both adding years to life and adding life to years.
Dr. Thiagarasah has taken on responsibilities as a clinical lead in Urgent Care and serves as a Child Protection and Adult Safeguarding Lead in London. His medical journey is marked by a wide range of experiences, from serving as a Cruise Ship Doctor to a Helicopter Air-Sea Rescue Medic managing complex trauma in the field, and leading a team in Disaster Relief Medicine post the Asian Tsunami in 2004. These roles have not only contributed to his vast clinical expertise but also underscore his ability to handle health challenges in diverse and high-pressure environments.
He has extensive experience of performance health and coaching working with patients from many different backgrounds - from renowned business leaders and professional athletes to patients with multiple established chronic diseases and complex medical needs.

Mr. Ian Sinha: a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon at the North West London Major Trauma Centre, Imperial College Healthcare, specialises in major trauma and arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Katie Sidle is a consultant neurologist specialising in motor neurone disease (MND). Dr. Sidle has a background in molecular genetics and holds the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer at the neighbouring Institute of Neurology, where she conducts research on MND disease mechanisms. She is a keen believer in keeping the mind active and challenged to safeguard future brain health.
Dr. Ben Carpenter is a consultant haematologist with expertise in treating patients with both malignant and non-malignant blood conditions. He strongly advocates for a healthy lifestyle to reduce the future risk of cancer in his patients. Dr. Carpenter has a specific interest in cellular therapies for non-malignant conditions, including primary immunodeficiencies, thalassaemia, and sickle cell disease, and actively participates in clinical research in these fields.
Dr. Louis Grandjean is a Consultant in Paediatrics of Infectious Disease at Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Associate Professor at UCL. He is also a Wellcome Trust Career Development Fellow at Imperial College London, where he leads a research group in Peru dedicated to studying the transmission, diagnosis, prevention, and control of infectious diseases. Dr Grandjean always stresses the importance of a healthy lifestyle to promote a strong and robust immune system.
Mr Andrew Scott is a consultant Ophthalmologist based at Moorfields Eye Hospital. He specialises in acute eye problems, cataract surgery and glaucoma. Personal fitness is very important to Dr Scott, and encourages and educates his patients in healthy lifestyle changes to improve their eye health.
Dr. Rita Ohri: a distinguished Consultant Ophthalmologist, serves as a prominent figure within the medical community and holds various pivotal roles throughout the NHS. Furthermore, Dr. Ohri exemplifies her profound dedication to humanitarian causes by generously volunteering a significant portion of her valuable time to support and lead eye charities on a global scale. Mr Sherif Habashi is an experienced and well respected ENT surgeon who has worked in many ENT specialist hospitals including The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital London. After concluding his tenure with the NHS, he has diligently maintained his commitment to delivering an exceptional, all-encompassing paediatric and adult Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) healthcare service at The Kings Oak Hospital. He sees the impact of obesity on his patients and tries to promote healthy living to improve their ENT symptoms.
Professor Ali Jawad is widely recognized as one of the nation's foremost Rheumatologists, renowned for his expertise in Osteoporosis, Pain Management, Metabolic Bone Disease, and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
